Video Assignments: Individual Project
In an individual project, learners record or upload a video of themselves presenting on a topic or demonstrating a specific skill. With the screenshare feature, learners can also enhance their projects with visual aids.
Examples: Key Skills Demonstrations, Presentations with or without Visual Aids, General/Scalable Video Submissions
Learners can add videos in two ways:
- Upload Video: Learners can upload videos from their device, or from one of the following cloud storage platforms: Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
- Record directly in the platform: Learners can record their portion of the project within the platform itself.
When completing an individual project, learners can schedule a Virtual Classroom meeting. This web conferencing tool serves as a discussion platform to help learners complete their projects. These virtual meetings can also be recorded and submitted to the assignment.
Examples: Interviews, business meetings, roleplays, foreign language conversations
Files and links can also be submitted. Allowed file types: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, rtf, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, html, htm, zip.
To submit, learners first need to finalize their projects.
Please note, only one video can be submitted.
If the instructor requires peer review, learners will review their peers’ projects.
