ALLISON PAGE
President, Magnolia Network

Allison Page is President of Magnolia Network, the recently announced media joint venture between Discovery, Inc. and Magnolia, the Waco, Texas-based home and lifestyle brand  led by Chip and Joanna Gaines. The multiplatform media company will comprise a linear television network set to launch in early October 2020 and a subscription service to debut at a later date.

Prior to her role at Magnolia Network, Page served as President of HGTV and Food Network. In addition, she also developed successful primetime series for Rachel, Ray, Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri.

Page also served as HGTV’s General Manager and was Senior Vice President of Programming and Development for Food Network and Cooking Channel, where she was known as a key strategist and dynamic leader who fostered hit shows as well as successful sales and digital partnerships.  Her efforts were key to Food Network’s record-breaking, double-digit, ratings growth and instrumental in the successful launch of Cooking Channel in 2010.

Prior to Food Network, Page was an associate producer at CBS News Sunday Morning. She started her career at CBS News Productions.

Page serves on the Board of Directors for the Knoxville Museum of Art and served on the advisory board for the Tennessee Film, Entertainment and Music Commission.  She is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).
