The Pellissippi State Burlington Masonic Temple – M.E. Shelby Scholarship Fund was established in 1992. For consideration for the scholarship, Pellissippi State students must have demonstrated financial need, be full-time with a minimum 2.5 GPA, and a have a written recommendation for the scholarship from their high school guidance counselor or college faculty advisor, teacher, or recognized professional person such as their employer.
