Educational Technology Services provides system administration, faculty training and support and other services for the college learning management system, Brightspace. Support includes integration to third party tools used within the Brightspace environment such as Turnitin as well as the mobile application created by D2L to use with Brightspace.
Courses are created automatically from Banner and enrollments are maintained in real-time via integration to Banner so students are dropped and added to courses as their enrollment changes.
Brightspace provides tools for teaching and learning online including presenting content, discussions, messaging, grades, quizzes, assignment dropbox and other tools.
ETS provides regular training as well as self-service support for faculty and students including a Student Quick Reference Guide, Instructor Quick Reference Guide, and a self-directed Brightspace tour.
