The HelpDesk provides computer support for faculty, staff and students via phone, email, walk-in, chat and self-service options. The Helpdesk is your point of contact for all questions or problems regarding Pellissippi State computer services, equipment, and software. HelpDesk staff can guide you through working with software, ordering equipment, requesting technical support in a classroom, lab or office and other technical support.
Typical HelpDesk hours during an academic term are:
Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
The HelpDesk is usually open between semesters during these hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m..
Saturday & Sunday – Closed
