Making a digital signage request

To request a message or announcement on the college digital signage system, please use the college resource/room scheduling software, 25Live. Educational Technology Services (ETS) staff requests at least two (2) weeks advance notice for a digital signage request.

Any scheduler (departmental assistants, executive assistants, HelpDesk manager, Events Services staff, Student Life staff and Academic Scheduling Coordinator) can enter a request.

The request can be to support an event or activity being scheduled within 25Live or it can be a stand-alone announcement that does not have a scheduled room associated with it.

ETS handles the request and will contact the scheduler, requester or other person designated for additional information, graphic design questions and other details.
