How to complete the APS Security Request Form

Banner accounts will be set up only after an authorized requester submits the APS Security Request Form which is found in myPellissippi, on the Employee page, under the College Forms section. Once the form is submitted, the request will be processed and the requester will be informed when the security changes have been made.
