The college supports a Citrix environment for securely connecting to protected data, resources and software. To obtain access to our virtual desktop environment, please use the following process:
Process for obtaining access to virtual desktop:
- Read Remote Access Policy 08:13:10
- Sign Compliance Document and obtain approval signatures
- Send the document to HelpDesk who will facilitate account setup.
- When access is granted, the HelpDesk will email instructions explaining how to install Citrix receiver on your off campus computer and connect to https://virtual.pstcc.edu.
