Virtual Desktop (Citrix)

The college supports a Citrix environment for securely connecting to protected data, resources and software. To obtain access to our virtual desktop environment, please use the following process:

Process for obtaining access to virtual desktop:

  1. Read Remote Access Policy 08:13:10
  2. Sign Compliance Document and obtain approval signatures
  3. Send the document to HelpDesk who will facilitate account setup.
  4. When access is granted, the HelpDesk will email instructions explaining how to install Citrix receiver on your off campus computer and connect to https://virtual.pstcc.edu.
