If you are having trouble logging into myPellissippi or using features inside myPellissippi, your problem might be solved by clearing your browser cache and cookies (need instructions?).
All PSCC systems will log you in with the same password: myPellissippi, email, online courses, library resources, campus wireless network, and login to campus computers.
The Computer Helpdesk cannot reset passwords over the phone because the caller’s identification cannot be confirmed. You can reset your password using the online Password RESET procedure, or we will be happy to reset your password if you come to any PSCC Open Computer Lab with a photo ID.
