Creating a shared Microsoft Word document

  1. Go to Office.com from your browser.
  2. Click Sign in
    • Use your Pellissippi email and password to sign in.
  3. Click on the Word document icon.
  4. Click on blank document to create a new document.
  5. In the blue bar at the top of the page, replace “Document” with your document title.
  6. Create your document.
  7. Click Share button
  8. Keep default “Anyone can edit”
  9. Copy link
  10. Send it out to your class via D2L Brightspace Announcements or Email your classlist using Outlook.
