Interventions for Equity in College Access and Success
January 27 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
In this panel presentation and discussion, learn how three Investing in Innovation (i3) and Education Innovation and Research (EIR) grantees are closing the college readiness opportunity gap for underserved students. Panelists will discuss how their interventions (1) built staff capacity to address equity issues and (2) closed opportunity and achievement gaps for underserved students, including low-income students, students of color, and English Learners. Panelists will share strategies and interventions that have been successful in a variety of geographic settings and with a variety of populations, providing myriad examples and facilitating discussion for participants to connect the interventions shared to their own settings.
